About this program
These terms govern the account text message program of Enterprise Recovery Co.: who can enroll, what we send, how enrollment is confirmed and how to stop at any time.
Optional account text messages
When you provide your mobile number and expressly agree in this portal, Enterprise Recovery Co. may send automated informational account notifications and account-related communications about your account with Enterprise Recovery Co.: account updates, payment reminders, payment confirmations, available account options and replies to your messages. Every message concerns your account with Enterprise Recovery Co.; this is not a general marketing or newsletter program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of making a payment. Your payment options stay the same if you decline. You must be authorized to consent for the mobile number you provide. Your consent applies only to Enterprise Recovery Co..
Message categories
Consent is recorded by message category. Each category is a separate, optional consent; you may authorize any one or more of them:
- Marketing Communications: Send me account-related updates and information about available account options from Enterprise Recovery Co.. Only about your account with Enterprise Recovery Co.; never general promotions or newsletters.
- Customer Care Communications: replies to the messages and questions you send Enterprise Recovery Co. about your account.
- Account Notifications: for your account with Enterprise Recovery Co.: account updates, payment reminders and payment confirmations.
You record these consents in your verified account's SMS opt-in; our public SMS opt-in page previews the categories and leads to sign-in, and records nothing itself. To stop all texts, reply STOP or withdraw your consent.
Confirming with YES
To confirm enrollment, reply YES to the confirmation message. Account messages begin only after confirmation.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to stop messages. Under these program terms, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT also withdraw your consent. Other clear requests to stop, such as “stop texting me” or “unsubscribe me,” are honored too, whether you send them as a reply or through our office. You receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Messages restart only after you opt in again in this portal and then confirm with YES. Reply HELP for help.
You can also withdraw all SMS consent at any time in your portal SMS opt-in or by contacting our office.
